Whether you’re seeking a relaxing (family) holiday or an overnight stay in the Franconian Lake District, we can offer friendly and comfortable rooms with shower, WC, TV, telephone, and free wifi. A hearty breakfast buffet awaits you in the morning to give you the best possible start to your day.

In addition, we have some well-equipped holiday apartments that can accommodate 3–5, 5–7 or 6–8 persons, and a sauna for 1–5 persons.

The guesthouse has a total of 66 beds over four floors, with two of our comfortable holiday apartments on the top floor. Non-smoking rooms and apartments are also available.

All prices include the statutory level of VAT. Room rates include breakfast buffet, per night and per room. A surcharge will be applied during trade shows or events! Group rates on request!

Payment is accepted in cash or via EC or credit card (Master/VISA).

• Children up to 2 years old in the parents’ bed – free of charge
• Cot – € 8/night
• Half board per person and day + € 13.00 (choice of evening meal and a dessert)
• Full board on request
• Dogs are allowed at a cost of € 7.00/night
• We provide free wifi throughout the guesthouse, in the restaurant and in all the rooms
• Free parking in the courtyard, garage parking € 5.00/night
• Sauna: We will heat up our sauna  for you on request (max. 5 persons): € 13.00 for the first hour, € 3.00 for each subsequent half hour.

Reservation conditions

Arrival/check-in: from 12.00 am – 6.00 pm

Departure/check-out: untill 10.00 am

Please notify us if you plan to arrive after 6.00 pm.

In the event of non-arrival and non-cancellation, up to 100 % of the agreed total price will be charged. No charge will be made for cancellations up to 8 days prior to the arrival date, and a charge of 80% of the agreed total price will be made for cancellations less than 8 days prior to the arrival date. In the event of an early departure, 80 % of the cost of the unused nights will be charged.
